The Zune Software Review is on the way!

I am still currently writing the review, I refuse to publish it in parts, and also I am trying to be as in depth as I possibly can, with pictures and everything! Like I mention in the review, I will not be covering Zune integration, etc., do to the fact that I do not own a Zune, I just think the Zune software is one of the best that I’ve tried, (and I have tried a lot, which I will be writing reviews for as well). Though, (everybody cross your fingers and pray!), if I win the Zune HD contest, I may be able to incorporate the Zune HD aspect into the review. ;)

Gemei HD8800 Front

This new little MP4 player from Gemei will support 720p native playback on the device, and up to 1080p, 50Mb stream when using HDMI. There’s no information on what media chip it’s using, but if it can rock 1080p output, its probably not a Rockchip. Possibly a China Chip? Here are the filetypes supported (from what I can gather):

Zune Software Review Coming up

I am in the process of writing the Zune Software Review, so stay tuned! :) Plus, I’ll be writing a nice detailed guide on Audio Codecs, and their various Pros/Cons, maybe you’ll notice a codec that you may like that you never knew existed!

Welcome to All Things Technical!

This is a blog made to explain and review obscure things that many are not familiar with. It can range from different types of audio codecs out there, to excellent guides on the internet on various things, to even reviews of electronics. So, stay tuned, and I hope you can learn some very useful information on this blog!
